Yeah, this is really good news (if not screwed by a certain bad sub-title and plot details). For a while there, I (maybe a few others) thought I was observing one very long 'are they sure, can they make it, chugga-chugga' to any studio launchpad. And that's just that launchpad. The next one (basically, completion and the first teaser trailer) will probably mire twice that time. Oh, well. At least we'll have Keaton and Ryder together again.

Oh, wait, hold the press... Apparently, I was one of many fans that were annoyingly duped into thinking there was a Beetlejuice sequel coming all this time. According to this article Burton's reps say it isn't happening, or that it was never going to happen to begin with. Anyhow, it probably is for the best.

Michael, thanks for taking the time to set the record straight.

Appears I really got duped on this one. But just let me state irrevocably that Dewey will handily defeat Truman this November.

Not a problem, Charles. Of course, on several QUESTionable finds (and there have been some, however gone due specific forgetfulness) I'd just rath' be lazy and enjoy the daily raging calm around me, the world. Phil - Haha. Suppose I should think about writing a book concept (all I'm good for - concepts) titled Duped: High Hopes, Sly Slopes, coming to an acceptable, could-be shelf-theater nowhere know where (edited to italicize book title, despite it not being real, and added a bit of nonsense, that's me at times, obviously) Be Good. Don't forget like me.
