I'm not sure, imayne, but I've seen other photos from the pajama and barn shoot in the mid-late 90's.

I just washed three loads of my Winona Ryder T-shirts and www.imageshadow.com/view.php?image=a215669_1.jpg just happened to be one of them. I had made a T-shirt of that one quite some time ago, and it makes for one beautiful piece of clothing for this fan to wear. Such a stunning image of Winona Ryder. I'm proud to be her fan. ----- Rusty

I can't really remember where the idea came from, but before Winona's 30th birthday I decided it would be great to send her a nice gift. I decided on the Gucci watch after having seen it highlighted in an article. Here's some backstory that I don't think I've related. I decided to buy the watch from a specialty watch shop in Manhattan so I placed the order. Shortly after I placed the order, September 11 happened in NYC. I tried to contact the watch shop, but couldn't because most of the systems were down in that part of lower Manhattan. But 9/11 notwithstanding, the watch arrived with plenty of time before Winona's birthday. A note on the photos above: I didn't have the back of the watch engraved because it already had been engraved with model information. There wasn't any attractive way to put her name and the date on the back of the watch. I sent the watch to her via her publicist in NYC. I had been in contact with them and was assured that they would forward it to her. However, I don't have any 100% guarantee that it got to her. The publicist said that they mailed it to her. A few months later I saw a photo that looked like Winona wearing the watch, but again, I can't be certain. Looked like it, but the watch she was wearing was part of a bandana around her wrist. While the watch had a very small band, she no doubt has an even smaller wrist, so the watch was on the bandana that was wrapped around her wrist. So that's the story . . . its coming up on seven years ago. I can't imagine doing something like that again and I've lost my contact at her publicist's firm. But I did enjoy the "thrill of the chase" while I was pursuing this back in 2001.
